Rules for 2009 Award Trip

• Annuity Premium: $2,000,000 qualifying* paid annuity premium during the qualifying period January 1 through December 31, 2008.
• Life/LTC Premium: $200,000 of qualifying* paid Target Premium during the qualifying period January 1 through December 31, 2008.

  1. Elite Producer’s Award Conference credit is based on Fixed Annuity, Life and LTCi premium applied to contracts paid January 1 - December 31, 2008 less any free-look period surrenders.
  2. A combination of Life, LTC and Annuity production may be used to qualify.
  3. Business not processed prior to cut-off dates will not count toward qualification.
     
     • * Immediate Income Annuity Premium is credited at 50%
     • * Traditional Fixed and Multi Year Guaranty Annuity Premium is credited at 50%
     • * Single Premium Life is credited at 10%
  4. Only CFC contracted agents in good standing are eligible.
  5. Agent appointment must be active with CFC at the time of the award and agent must be in good standing.
  6. One qualification per agent. Personal production only. No combination of sales among multiple agents. Agents in partnership must qualify individually. Qualification credit is given only to the writing agent on a policy. Split cases count per the split.
  7. Final qualification for Elite Producer’s Award Conference based on company evaluation of the quality of the individual agent’s production and by invitation only.
  8. Qualifiers must exemplify the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct and maintain a record free from compliance and market conduct issues.
  9. Award package for two adults during the group dates includes two round-trip airline tickets from the qualifier’s home departure city, three nights at Vallarta Palace double occupancy, all meals and various planned activities.
  10. Qualifiers must attend on stated dates to receive award package. Travel restrictions may apply. No award substitution or cash-outs for non-attendees. Extra costs as a result of deviating from designated dates, air plan, hotel, meals, functions, etc. must be paid by the qualifier. Awards are non-transferable.
  11. Qualifier must attend the business portion during the event.
  12. In the event the qualifier does not attend, proper notice must be received in advance to avoid penalties. Airline tickets will be canceled and no credit will be permitted. Non-cancellation by producer, once ticketed, will result in the qualifier reimbursing CFC for the airline tickets and any other expenses that could have been avoided with proper notification.
  13. The costs associated with this trip will be reported for taxation purposes. Consult your tax advisor for more information.
