Qualifications for membership into the CFC "Grand Master" Club:

(Life target premium* and long term care premiums* multiplied by 10 equals annuity equivalent premium)
Qualification period runs from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009 and is calculated on a paid premium basis. To participate in our CFC "Grand Master" Club, you must be in good standing with CFC. You are not eligible for any privileges while you have a Letter of Intent to transfer away from CFC. This is an annual program, and is for the writing agent only. CFC reserves the right to terminate or modify this program at any time. All final decisions are left to the discretion of CFC. This program is for paid business with CFC only from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. No exceptions.
*Excludes all NY business. All LTCi sales are excluded in DE, MI, NV, PA, WI and replacement LTCi sales in AL, CA, KY, NC, SD, VA.
